Interviews > Vi Unge 2006
How are you today?
Bill: Good! At the moment we're in the studio and recording.

How did your spend your money?
Georg: Like every other guys we've bought alot of new gear.
Bill: Yes, things like guitars and amplifers.

No bling-bling?
Tom: No, our bling costs about 5 euro!

What are your biggest dream and ambitition for Tokio Hotel?
Tom: Our goal is to tour around the world and play to the people. That's the fun!

Do you have girlfriends?
Tom: No!
Bill: Neither of us have...
Georg: Yeah, we don't have the time...
Tom: We're on tour all the time, but if we found the right one, I guess we could make it work.

How is the tourlife?
Bill: You get tired, but it's fun. You have to play every day when you're on tour and we have been on stage with a temperature.
Tom: We're insane nomatter what!
Georg: Sure!

Which genre are your music?
Bill: We don't like to define our music.
Tom: We do our own. We're just Tokio Hotel and play german music.
Bill: Exaclty!

Okay, if your music was an animal, which would it be?
Tom: A panda!
Georg: Oh God. Yes a panda. But points for you, 'cause we have never got that question before...
Bill: Yes, a compliment for that!
Tom: I think we're one of these cool and dangerous animals, but a little weak. We're a mix of different animals. A mix of a giraffe and a panda maybe ... haha!

Do you ever have bad days where you're just tired of everything?
Bill: Of course, theres these days where you don't wan't to do anything.
Tom: Luckily we have a few days off, where we can visit our parents. But we all have days where your in a bad mood. Expecially around the autumn. Gustav is the only one that can get up early...
Gustav: I'm used to get breakfast at 8 am, and then lunch at 12 am, so there's something to keep me going all day.
Georg: The rest of us think we have to sleep as long as we can. Maybe crawl to the fridge and then go back to bed again. Thats the optimal day! Haha!

Are your music depressed?
Everyone: No!
Gustav: I wouldn't say...
Tom: Theres for sure some happy songs at the album, and there's also songs that there's about your parents getting divorced. So there's both.

When do you think we should listen to Tokio Hotel?
Georg: Allways!
Tom: Our album can help in any situration. There's songs when you're sad, and when you're and a party mood.

Can we have the three best makeup tips?
Bill: I can't give any tips... People can try themself. I've allways used the black color.

You've got alot success. Have you changed?
Bill: I don't think so. Of course we grown uo faster. But our parents and friends say that we're the same, and I think they would be the first to point it out.

Do you often get things thrown at the stage during concerts?
Georg: Yes!
Tom: Underwear and teddy bears.
Gustav: Pink underwear.
Georg: Used underwear!
Bill: Yes, teddy bears, key rings, jewerllery, posters...
Tom: It is kinda cute.

Are you comming to Denmark soon?
Tom: We're planning a tour for next year, so I guess we'll come by..
